Hi, Kevin Cavanagh here and I became a Realtor four years ago because I enjoy helping people and what better way than assisting them with one of the biggest decisions in their life. I began my professional career 40 years ago as a Certified Public Accountant working in the financial services field and ended as a CFO of a national law firm. My knowledge and experience has been extremely helpful in understanding, working and assisting people attain their dreams and goals of home ownership. My ability to look at financial transactions and analyze and advise has been monumental in helping my clients make their important decisions. Working with first time home buyers I find most enjoyable. I assist them as if I was helping one of my four children and am always willing to discuss and answer any questions that they might have no matter how small or unimportant they may believe it is. Every question is important and never disregarded so I know my clients are properly informed and comfortable with any decision which they make. My wife, Diane, and I moved to the Belvedere Section of Hampstead in 2017 and have found this a wonderful area to live with so much to offer. We are members of All Saints Catholic Church and participate in giving back to the community and helping others by our participation in several service organizations. I am a member of Hansen Council 12281 of the Knights of Columbus, Director of the LAMB Foundation of NC, a volunteer for the Meals On Wheels program of Pender County, volunteer at RSVP Retired Seniors Volunteer Program and several other organizations in support of our neighbors and the community. It is important that we find ways to give back and pass it along.
You will find that I am an honest, straight shooter when we are discussing the tough questions. I believe that it is my obligation to inform my clients to the best of my ability and treat every transaction as if I was personally invested in it. It is important that my clients are educated, when necessary, and fully informed regarding all of the implications and responsibilities of any transaction which they undertake. I am hoping that they will love living in their new home or enjoy the benefits of real estate investments for a long time and I wish to remain their “go to person for all things real estate”.
